Our 3-Part Flooring Warranty
1. Craftsmanship Quality Guarantee
We promise your installation will meet the highest craftsmanship standards, following the manufacturer’s guidelines to the letter.
Should any issues arise from our labor within one year, we’ll repair or replace your flooring at no cost. After that, we’re still here for you – service starts as low as $299, depending on what’s needed.
2. Seamless Integrity Guarantee
We guarantee your flooring will maintain a clean, gap-free appearance over time. If gaps larger than 3 millimeters appear between boards or tiles, we’ll adjust the flooring at no cost, for as long as the product’s manufacturer warranty is valid.
3. Comprehensive Protection Guarantee
For installations covering 300 sq ft or more, we provide an extra box of full-size planks at installation. These are yours to store safely for future use.
If an installed plank is accidentally damaged, we’ll replace it using your stored planks during the product’s warranty life. If no planks are available, you can purchase replacements at the current retail price (subject to availability).
A service visit under this guarantee will include a trip fee, with a minimum of $299 per event.
Please note: damage from furniture with wheels, including chairs or wheelchairs, is not covered. Let us know within 7 days if you didn’t receive your extra box of planks.
Important Details About Your Flooring Warranty
This warranty is exclusively for residential owners who purchased directly from Flooring Installers Wilmington.
It does not apply to rental or commercial properties (these are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only).
The warranty begins once installation is complete and the purchase price is fully paid.
Coverage remains valid as long as the flooring stays at the original installation site, unaltered, and the original owner still resides in the home.
How to Request Warranty Service
If you need service or an inspection under your flooring warranty:
We reserve the right to inspect the flooring to assess the claim. You agree to provide reasonable access for our team. If the original material isn’t available, we may substitute a comparable product of equal or better quality.
